Golconda Announces Resignation of Director
Calgary, Alberta - August 18, 2008 Golconda Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: GA), (the "Corporation") announces that Robert E. Crancer has submitted his resignation from the Corporation’s board of directors effective immediately. The Corporation thanks Mr. Crancer for his service as a director and will be announcing certain new directors in due course.
